Mary Arpander, Resident of Johnston, Vice President of Personnel and Head of Software Engineering at Johnston-based FM Global, one of the world’s largest commercial property insurers, will be honored as “All-Star of technology ”by the STEM 2021 Women of Color conference.

The forum recognizes outstanding achievement in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) and will be held October 7-9, 2021.

The conference’s 2021 Tech Stars are all accomplished women of color at the intermediate to advanced levels of their careers who serve as role models for their professional achievements and contributions to their communities.
