Shannon Ketcham was promoted to Mortgage Loan Officer for Merrimack County Savings Bank. Ketcham joined the Merrimack in 2011 as a bank teller in Bow. In 2013, Ketcham was promoted to Call Center Representative, Cashier Supervisor in 2015 and in 2016 she was promoted to Director of Agency Services for the Bank’s Bow Office. A dedicated member of the community, she has led the Merrimack County Savings Bank’s Making Strides team for over five years.

Jack minich joined the Forest Society as the Conservation Easement Steward for the Southwest region. Prior to the Forest Society, Minich worked in education, trail, and environmental restoration positions in woodlands from northern Minnesota to the Austrian Alps to the Mojave Desert in southern California. Most recently, he led a youth development track team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Minich and his family moved to southwest New Hampshire in 2019 to pursue his Masters in Conservation Biology at Antioch University in New England and to work in conservation in Southern Vermont. .

Junior Boley joined NHTrust as an assistant in wealth management. Boley will be based in NHTrust’s Concord office at 89 N. Main St. Prior to joining, Boley worked as a bank teller at the New Hampshire Community Federal Credit Union. Boley is currently enrolled at Southern New Hampshire University, where he will complete his bachelor’s degree in finance in December.

Sarah kern joined Forest Society staff as the Creek Farm Education Program Coordinator, based in Portsmouth at the newly refurbished Forest Society Education Center. Prior to the Forest Society, Kern grew the Center for Wildlife education program by 70% in just three years.

Maryna Krotkova was promoted to Trusted Administrator for NHTrust. In this role, Krotkova manages the financial accounts of the clients, following the explicit details of the client’s trust, communicating with all parties involved and maintaining payments and receipts on the accounts. Krotkova moved to the United States from Ukraine almost five years ago and first joined NHTrust in 2017 as a cashier. Prior to joining the company, she held several financial positions for municipal government in Ukraine, most recently as head of the Department of Economic Planning and Development.

Pierre Bourgeix joined Orion Entrance Control in Laconia as an integrated consultant. He brings over 30 years of security experience through his past work at the Rand Corporation, US Department of State, ADT / Tyco Security and others. Bourgeix holds a master’s degree in behavioral education and international business management, with a bachelor’s degree in history and political science.

Deigh Cormiea was promoted to Lincoln office manager for the Bank of New Hampshire. Cormiea has over 19 years of banking experience. Throughout her career in the banking industry, she has held a number of positions including Cashier, Assistant Cashier Supervisor, Banking Services Representative and, most recently, Bank Office Specialist.

Christophe tomlinson joined Merrimack County Savings Bank as Vice President of Commercial Lending. He will work in their Concord and Hooksett offices. Tomlinson has a long career in relationship management and commercial loans. Prior to joining The Merrimack, he was Vice President responsible for Small Business Relations at Bank Santander. Tomlinson received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Granite State College. He also earned an associate’s degree in management from the State University of New York’s College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville, where he was an NCAA Division 3 football player.
