Bray Credit Union will offer mortgages to its members

Bray Credit Union has added mortgages to the range of services it offers to its members.

mortgages up to €250,000 are now available for primary private residences only with no application fees. With this new product, Bray Credit Union is able to support members who want to buy their own home.

Bray Credit Union recently held a special event to mark the launch of its latest product. Bray Credit Union President Ned Whelan, CEO Bernie Robinson and Loans Officer Martin Patchell helped cut the ribbon at their Main Street offices to celebrate the occasion.

Home loans are available from Bray Credit Union for terms up to 35 years with a maximum loan-to-value ratio of 80%. All mortgage applications are subject to an approval process.
